Started on One Bad Experience
Our founder spent nine years with a large plumbing outfit watching homeowners get handed an invoice far larger than the job warranted because the "diagnostic" came with a commission structure. In 2009 he started Water Heater Boca Raton with one truck, one rule — quote the flat price before the wrench turns — and a decision to specialize entirely in water heating.
Today we run a fleet across Boca Raton and south Palm Beach County. The rule has not changed.
